Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Studlers Provider account and all associated data at any time — directly in the app, or by emailing us if you can't access the app. Deletion is permanent and can't be undone.

Delete from the app

    Open the Studlers Provider app

    Sign in with the phone number you used to register.

    Go to the Account tab

    Tap "Account" in the bottom navigation bar.

    Tap "Delete account"

    Scroll to the bottom of the Account screen and tap "Delete account".

    Confirm

    In the "Delete account?" dialog, tap "Delete". Your account is erased immediately and you are signed out.

Can't open the app?

Email [email protected] from your registered email address, or include your registered phone number, with the subject line "Delete my account". Once we verify it's you, we erase your account and data within 7 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your provider profile and public listing
  • KYC documents — Aadhaar, PAN, degree certificate and selfie
  • All photos and videos you uploaded
  • Your contact details and account login (Firebase authentication record)
  • Leads, messages, and any online-programme records tied to your account

Retention & timing

  • In-app deletion is immediate. Your profile, documents and media are removed from our systems right away, and your login is deleted — there is no recovery window.
  • Email requests within 7 days. We complete email-requested deletions within 7 days of verifying your identity.
  • Records we must keep by law. Some records — for example tax or payment invoices — are retained only for the period the law requires, then deleted. We do not use them for any other purpose.
